Holiday holiday holiday.! finally have my very first long holiday since the day I graduated from high school. when I say long I mean it. nah. its a three months holiday and I could finally rest during the break. yet my break started just two weeks in time and my parent has started to nag me why don't I get a job. yes I do. was looking for job and no one seems want a temporary workers that could just work for three months and chao. burbye.

Eventually two companies called me to go for their interviews. one is for sales whereas the other is SunwayMas which is much related to the current course I'm enduring which is quantity surveying. Always wanted a job that is relevant to my "future" job and now I know its the best chance for me to grab and gain some experience in the construction industry. To learn things fast, I've never been doubted about doing it practically. By getting a hand on it, you could find something that couldn't be achieved in paper or whatever likes books or lectures.

Had a short interview with them and I'm glad I could learn many things from them. I'll be soon becoming an office boy since theys accepted me as a trainee in their company for just three months. Can't wait for the day to start work?!!

Nike City Run 10.10.10

Completed the 10km Nike city run with Alan this morning!  Supposedly a few of our coursemate were coming with us but some of them were out of state and not able to make it. There were around 9k people participating in this Nike run if not mistaken. Bumped into lotsa my long lost friends and schoolmates during the event and done some catchy up stuff with them.

This was my very first time of running 10km as previously I only went for 5km and 7km. Told myself why dun give a try for 10km and yes was the decision when I registered this run weeks ago. Unexpectedly, I made it!  Satisfaction and great were how i felt. We were both finished the run in an hour plus as my friend broke his previous 10km record. We have the same goal which we're so gonna keep improving our time for the next run and stay competitive.! Time to get some rest as my thighs and calf are starting to feel sore.

Anderson Bridge, Zoukout @ Siloso Beach

As I promised, this would be a short update where i went with my uni friends after the short JB trip. Went for only a day and that was so not enough to laze all over the places around singp. Pretty late we woke up on that day after a long night at JB and grabbed our lunch at vivo city.

Sentosa Island & Universal Studio

Had a short ride of monorail to the Sentosa island but we didn't manage to enter Universal Studio as the price is kinda overrated for now, perhaps?! $76 SGD for an incomplete visit?! guess we only pay a visit after the construction is all done. 

Went for a walk at Marina Bay at night since been told that the beautiful scenery with reflection of light from the buildings is a very best location for photo shooting. what was epic was that my camera was running out of battery and I didn't bring my charger due to the last minute packing days ago while my friend left his camera's battery in the charger dock at home ended up bringing an empty camera w/o battery. but whenever we go, there will be pictures for sure even with the low quality camera phone. 

Marina Bay Sand Casino,Orchard City Center

Argh, a place that must I pay a visit to year later due to the limitation of age group for entry. Couldn't get to enter but found a reasonable excuse that I'm still young?! not old enough YET?! What an excuse trying to comfort myself. lame. lol. Anderson Bridge the next station.

Laze around the Anderson Bridge at Riverside. The Street at the riverside has been transformed into a vital, throbbing artery of Singapore Nightlife. Pubbing and clubbing at Singapore is a must if you want to feel the night pulse of the city. You only get just half of the picture if you experience the city only by day.

JB Johor Bahru instead of Justin Bieber

Rode a 4 hours journey bus from B.Jalil to Johor Bahru with my friend as we've promised our Johorian friends that we're going south of Peninsular Malaysia this time since we paid the last visit to north of Malaysia which is Ipoh and Penang during last semester break.


Grabbed our brunch at a famous old bak kut teh shop recommended by our Johorian friends once we arrived. The street is full of shops selling bak kut teh and fish head. I wondered how they gonna compete with each other as there are more than 10 shops selling the same foods side by side. Unfortunately, we unable to take the picture of the foods because we were all hungryyyy and the fish was fresh and the bak kut teh was just okay. personally prefer Klang bak kut teh. 


With no rush, we were heading to this park to take some pictures while waiting to meet up with another Johor friend. This park was built based on 1 Malaysia concept?!

Bumped into our coursemate at Tebrau City. small world isnt it?! Went there just to eat the green tea ice cream. Some of them dont really like it ended up only 2 of us bought the GREENTEA ice cream before we headed to Kota Iskandar. It's the Johor state new administrative centre and located in Nusajaya. It was named after the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Iskandar.

There's this memorial wall detailing the state’s history and glory days beside the emblem but poor thing we only get to take picture with the Johor emblem yet its almost fully covered by us =D

Overall it was kinda tiring for our first day over there and stay tuned for the next post as we were heading to singapore the next day.!

iPhone 4

Apple iPhone 4 made its launch in China, the world's largest Internet and mobile telephony market, the Saturday after the opening of two Apple stores in Beijing and Shanghai.



Some people spent the night waiting outside stores to be the first to buy the phone, which will be sold in China for the equivalent of $ 745 for 16 GB model and $ 893 for 32 GB model.

Prices in China are higher than in the U.S., where the costs of the 16 GB model and $ 199 32 GB model $ 299.
